What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, don’t worry. We monitor flight times and will adjust our schedule accordingly.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?
In the case of flight cancellations, each case will be looked at individually, but we will try to give you a full refund.

Payments
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept card payments over the phone, via secured card payment link or bank transfer.
Most major credit cards are accepted except American Express.
Please note, in many cases we are happy to take a booking deposit with the balance being paid to the driver on arrival.

Can I pay in different currencies?
Indeed you can. While the website prices are all in EUR, we also accept GBP (£) payments.
Naturally cash payments are made in the local currency.
